UNLOCK INTEGRATIONS · THE AI HELP DESK

Support that fixes the bug — not just the ticket.

A multi-agent orchestration that reads the ticket, ships the fix, and waits for a human to say yes.

THE LOOP · TICKET TO DEPLOYMENT

01

TRIAGE

Reads every incoming ticket and classifies it — user error, question, or a real defect.

02

REPRODUCE

Spins up the codebase and reproduces the bug from the customer's own report.

03

FIX

Writes the correction and opens it as a pull request. Real code, not a canned reply.

04

APPROVE

The human gate. Nothing ships until you read the fix and click approve.

05

SHIP

Merged, deployed, and the customer gets their answer — with the fix already live.

A REAL TICKET · UNDER FIVE MINUTES

Recorded live against our own production SaaS. No staging, no script.

THE SAFETY FOUNDATION

Deep Sense™

Human approval gate — the system proposes; you approve every merge.
Least-privilege — each agent gets only the access its task needs.
Sandbox validation — every fix proves itself before it's proposed.
Fails safe — low confidence escalates to a person, never guesses.

BEYOND THE HELP DESK

More ways we deploy AI

01

AI Receptionist

A 24/7 AI agent that answers your phone and messages — booking appointments, answering common questions, and capturing every lead, even after hours. A missed call is a missed customer; this makes sure you never lose one.

AI Automation

Wire AI into the tools you already run — CRM, help desk, email, spreadsheets — and automate the busywork: routing, reminders, follow-ups, and moving data between systems so your team ships more and re-types less.

FAQ

Straight answers

Is my source code and customer data secure?

Security is central to the design. The system proposes changes; a person approves every merge, so nothing reaches production autonomously. Access is scoped to least privilege, every fix is validated in an isolated sandbox, and low-confidence cases are escalated to a person rather than resolved by inference.

Does the AI Help Desk replace my developers?

No. It handles first-line support and first-pass defect resolution — the tickets and minor bugs that interrupt focused work — and escalates anything complex or architectural to a person with a diagnosis. It returns engineering time; it does not replace engineering judgment.

Who is the AI Help Desk for?

Small software and SaaS companies, where the founder is frequently also the developer and the support team, and every ticket displaces product work. If you maintain a codebase and carry a support load, it is a fit.

What does it cost?

The AI Help Desk is an operated system, not a subscription. Engagements begin with a one-time build — typically $5,000–$15,000 to integrate and adapt the orchestration to your product and codebase — followed by a monthly fee that scales with volume, from the low thousands to five figures at enterprise scale. It is priced as infrastructure. We define the exact figure during the consultation, with no hourly billing and full transparency before you commit.

Can we see it operate before committing?

Yes. Schedule a consultation and we will demonstrate the live workflow: an actual customer ticket resolved into an approved, shipped fix. We prefer to demonstrate rather than describe.

See it run against your own product.
