The short version. We use the information you send to handle your enquiry, and technical information to keep the site working. Optional Google Analytics stays off until you allow it. You can ask us about your information through our contact form.
Who this policy covers
Unlock Integrations LLC operates unlockintegrations.com. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company. This policy explains information handled through our public website and enquiries. If we process data within a client’s systems as part of a project, the applicable service agreement and any data processing terms govern that work.
Information we receive
- What you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, the kind of help you need, and a message. You may also provide a company name, timing, and systems you use. We receive any other information you choose to include and details from follow-up correspondence.
- Form and security information. The form includes the referring page. Our hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. The form uses an IP-derived identifier to limit repeated submissions.
- Optional usage information. If you allow Google Analytics, Google’s tag can collect page views, interactions, device and browser information, referral information, and identifiers stored in analytics cookies. We do not send your contact form message, name, or email as part of the form’s analytics event.
- Browser preferences. We store your privacy choice and, if you use it, your motion preference in this browser. The project planner places selected service and system options in a link so they can carry through to the contact page; these options are not a submitted enquiry.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, discuss a possible engagement, provide requested services, and keep relevant business records. We use technical information to deliver the site, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and protect the contact form. With your permission, we use analytics to understand how the site is used and improve its content.
Submitting a project enquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list. We do not sell or rent the contact information you submit through this website.
Providers and other recipients
Hosting, email, security, and analytics providers process information needed for their roles. The site uses WordPress, Cloudflare security services, and Google Analytics through Site Kit. When Akismet is configured with an active key, submitted names, email addresses, messages, IP addresses, browser details, and referring pages may be checked by Akismet for spam. Form submissions are stored privately in WordPress and non-spam enquiries trigger an email notification to our team.
If a project involves another development partner, we discuss that involvement with you before sharing project details for that work. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect rights and security. Providers have their own privacy notices, including Cloudflare, Akismet / Automattic, and Google.
Your browser choices
Optional analytics is blocked until you allow it. Use to change that choice. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from browsing or contacting us. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we keep optional analytics off. See the cookies and storage page for the storage we use and how choices are remembered.
Retention and security
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry and whether it becomes a client relationship. There is no automatic fixed deletion period for all enquiries. The form’s temporary rate-limit record expires after one hour; separate provider logs and backups follow their own retention settings.
We use HTTPS and restrict access to stored enquiries. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal records through this form. Providers may process information outside your state or country, including in the United States.
Requests about your information
Use our contact form and start your message with “Privacy request.” You can ask what enquiry information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern. Include the email address you used for the original enquiry and enough context for us to find it. Do not include identity documents in your first message.
We may need to verify that a request concerns your information before taking action. Rights, exceptions, and response requirements depend on applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations. If you are making a request for another person, explain your authority to act for them.
Children, other sites, and updates
This business website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it. Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ notices. We may update this policy as the site or our practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
