How we price.
You get a written price before any work starts. Here’s how we work it out, and what it includes.
Three ways to work with us
Most projects start fixed-scope. Smaller jobs go by the hour.
-
Fixed-scope projects
After a short discovery call, we write the scope: what’s included, what isn’t, and a fixed price.
If the scope changes, you get a written change note before any extra work.
-
Hourly work
For small changes, fixes and admin help.
Billed for the time actually spent, with a cap we agree up front.
-
Monthly support plans
Hours reserved for you each month, for Salesforce and the software we look after.
Three sizes, below. Plans are optional.

- How custom the logic isStandard settings cost less than custom code.
- How much testing and documentationSome teams need more sign-off than others.
- Your deadlineA tight date can mean more hours each week.

Handover notes

Questions people usually ask
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.
Do you charge for the first call?
No. The first call is free, and it’s how we work out whether we’re a good fit and what a scope would cover.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
Yes. Tell us the budget and we’ll scope the work to fit it, and say plainly what would have to wait for a later phase.
Do you require a retainer?
No. Most work is a fixed-scope project or hourly. Monthly support plans are optional.
How do invoices work?
Projects are invoiced at agreed milestones in the written scope. Support plans and hourly work are invoiced monthly.
