NetSuite and Salesforce integration.
We connect Salesforce and NetSuite from quote to cash: a won deal becomes a sales order, and fulfilment and invoice status come back to Salesforce.
Where the order changes hands
Sales closes the deal in Salesforce. Finance and fulfilment work in NetSuite.
The integration decides what moves between them, when, and who fixes it when it doesn’t.

Order to cash, across both systems
A won deal becomes a sales order, and the status comes back to sales.

Customers and items are kept in step in the background, so an order never waits on a missing record.
Decide who owns what
Every record gets one system of record before anything is built.
| Record | What we agree first |
|---|---|
| Customers | Which system creates them, and which only keeps a copy. |
| Items and prices | Where prices live, and how often they sync. |
| Sales orders | What creates one, and what is allowed to change it. |
| Invoices and payments | What sales sees in Salesforce, and how soon. |

Common questions
Do you use a connector app or build the integration?
Either, depending on what you need. If an existing connector covers your process, we’ll say so. If it doesn’t, we build on SuiteTalk REST and RESTlets.
How quickly do changes sync?
That’s agreed per record. Orders may need to move within minutes, while items and prices can often sync on a schedule.
What happens when a sync fails?
The record is held with the reason and retried where that’s safe. Anything that needs a decision goes to a named person, not into a log nobody reads.
