Stripe billing integration.
We connect Stripe Checkout, subscriptions and usage credits to your application, so a payment changes the right account and access, and keeps doing so when a card is declined or a refund goes through.
Checkout is where the work starts
Getting a customer through Stripe Checkout is well documented.
What happens afterwards is specific to your product, and that’s the part we build.

A payment, a failed card and a refund
Each one has to change the right account. The thank-you page doesn’t grant access; the webhook does.
A payment
- The customer pays in Checkout
- Stripe sends a webhook
- We verify it and apply it once
- Credits or access change
A failed card
- A renewal is declined
- Stripe sends a webhook
- Your grace period starts
- Access follows your rules
A refund
- A refund is issued
- Stripe sends a webhook
- The account is adjusted
- Stripe and your records agree

We bill through Stripe ourselves
UnlockSFX sells credits through Stripe Checkout and webhooks. In UnlockAbode, in-app rent collection is still pilot work.
Common questions
Can you add subscriptions to an existing SaaS product?
Yes. We review the current account and permission model, decide how subscription states affect access, and build the required Checkout and webhook paths. Migration from an existing billing setup is scoped separately.
Can you build credit-based billing?
Yes. Credit-metered billing is part of the UnlockSFX product engineering example. We define when credits are reserved, consumed, released, or adjusted so usage and customer balances remain understandable.
Can you help with Stripe Connect?
We can scope the application and integration work around the platform’s payment model and available interfaces. The charge flow, account responsibilities, onboarding, and production readiness must be reviewed for your particular platform before collection is enabled.
