Salesforce & SIS integration for education.
We connect Salesforce with student information systems, so admissions, the registrar, financial aid and student services are working from the same student.
The trouble is usually in the handoffs
Admissions, the registrar, financial aid and student services often each have their own system.
The problems show up between them.

What we agree first
We change one handoff at a time, such as admitted to enrolled, and test it at term size.Tell us about the handoff that isn’t working How a project runs
Experience from inside an institution
Before Unlock Integrations, this was the day job: four years at Palmer on the full student lifecycle in Salesforce, including taking over the SIS integration. Palmer was an employer, not a client.
Common questions
Can you work with our existing SIS?
We begin by reviewing its supported interfaces, available documentation, and your access rights. The approach depends on the SIS and the workflow; we do not claim experience with every vendor or promise a connector before reviewing those details.
Do we need a complete Salesforce reimplementation?
Not necessarily. A departmental workflow, a form connection, or a failing integration can be a useful first project. We review the current configuration and identify which changes are needed for the agreed outcome.
Does your experience mean the project is automatically FERPA or HIPAA compliant?
No. Experience with sensitive records does not establish compliance for a new project. Requirements and responsibilities for a new project must be reviewed with your institution; experience is not a compliance certification or legal determination.
