Software rescue & ongoing support.
We take over software that has stalled or keeps failing, work out what is actually wrong, and fix it in an order you agree to. Then we can stay on to support it.
Start with what’s actually happening
People come to us with a symptom: the sync stopped, deploys fail, the developer left.
First we reproduce it and keep the evidence.

The order things get fixed in
A rewrite is rarely the first answer. If replacing a part is right, we’ll show you the evidence.
Reproduce the failure
Keep the evidence before changing anything.
Secure access and backups
Credentials, account owners, what backups exist.
Get a clean build
A fresh checkout should build and deploy.
Fix what people feel
Riskiest first, in the order you agree.
Stop it coming back
Checks in GitHub Actions, accounts you own.
What we look at
If we don’t know your stack well, we’ll say so early.Tell us what’s failing How a project runs
Staying on afterwards
Inheriting other people’s systems is normal work for us. If you’d like us to support it afterwards, the terms are written down: what’s covered and how fast we respond.
Common questions
Will you take over work from another developer?
Yes, subject to a review of access, code ownership, dependencies, and the system’s current condition. We agree the first assessment and stabilization scope before committing to future delivery.
Do you always recommend a rewrite?
No. We compare repair, gradual modernization, and replacement against the actual problems. A working part of the system can often be retained while its weakest dependencies or workflows are improved.
Is ongoing support available?
Yes. Support is agreed around the system, access, monitoring, and the kinds of work you need. Response expectations and coverage belong in the written support scope; this page is not a promise of round-the-clock coverage.
