Why we do what we do
We know what bad consulting does to a business. We've seen the org that three different firms "implemented" and nobody documented. The proposal where a senior architect ran the sales call and a junior bench did the build. The automation nobody can explain because the person who wrote it left the vendor two years ago. The monthly invoice that keeps arriving after the value stopped.
Unlock Integrations was built to be the opposite of that. The people who scope your project are the people who build it. The price is fixed before work starts. The work happens in your sandbox where you can watch it. And when it's done, it's yours — code, config, and documentation written for the next person, not to make us irreplaceable.
We'd rather lose a deal by telling you the truth than win one by telling you what you want to hear. That's not a slogan; it's the whole business model. A studio our size doesn't survive on contracts — it survives on being the company people recommend.

Leave it documented.
Everything we build is written up for whoever comes next — your admin, your next developer, even our competitor. Undocumented work is a hostage situation, and we don't take hostages.
Own the outcome.
The same team that scopes it builds it, tests it, and stands behind it. If something we shipped breaks, that's ours to fix — no finger-pointing at "the requirements."
